Grown in Sul de Minas at 950–1,100 meters above sea level, this coffee comes from a region known for balanced, nuanced coffees shaped by rich soil and a favorable growing climate. Naturally processed and cultivated from a blend of Mundo Novo, Catuai, Icatu, and Bourbon varieties, it reflects the deep agricultural tradition Brazil is famous for.
The result is a cup that’s smooth, sweet, and easy to fall in love with.
Tasting notes: bright mandarin orange and rich chocolate, with medium acidity and a smooth body.
Grade: SSFC 17/18 — a mark of large, carefully screened beans and consistent quality.
